In addition to transit processing time, we also have an order cut off time. This refers to the time of day when we stop processing orders for the day. Any orders placed after the cut off time will be processed on the following business day.

Our order cut off time is 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time (CST)) . Orders placed before this time will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout. We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard shipping and expedited shipping.

Delivery Terms:

The Canada Postal Service are used for domestic product delivery and we use courier services like FedEx, UPS, DHL for International deliveries.

KENOA MAISON accepts Vis, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal as methods of payment.

Verify the present condition of you order:

The shipment confirmation email will include you order's tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for delivery confirmation via email. If your order has not arrived after 8 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kenoamaison.com with your complete name and order number. 

Multiple Locations:
