We offer a wide range of sizes for our clothing, including small, medium and large. Please refer to our size chart for specific measurements and guidance on choosing the right size for you.
How do I care for my garments?
To ensure the longevity of your clothing, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the label of each item. We recommend following these instructions to ensure that your garments stay looking their best. In general, most of our clothing can be machine washed in cold water and may be tumble dried on low heat. However, some delicate items may require hand washing or dry cleaning. Please refer to the specific care instructions for each item.
I'm concerned about security of my financial details; Is it secure to shop here ?
Making an online purchase with a credit or debit card requires inputting personal information into an SSL -protected website. After an order is placed, it is encrypted using SSL before being forwarded to the credit card company's secure network for final clearance. KENOA MAISON does not store customers credit card information on its system.
How long does shipping take?

Please keep the tag, box and packaging that the item came in and request for a refund. Please be aware that you are responsible for returning the item/s at your own expense if you are unhappy with the purchase. Money owed to you will be remitted to you in the same fashion as the original transfer.

Does KENOA MAISON make custom orders?
Unfortunately, we don't customize our items, they ship as they are.
Do we have a physical store?
Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online through our website.
